Personal Slab SelectionTo maximize customer satisfaction and meet or exceed customer expectations at Stone Holding we suggest personal selection of slabs for your project. At our St. Cloud location, if the material cannot be selected from our unique racking system, we will lift the slab out for up-close viewing. Selected material is then tagged and shipped to the fabricator.
We also offer the convenience of showrooms in Plymouth, Minnesota and Fargo, North Dakota. Here, we display one representative slab of each color that we currently stock in St. Cloud.
A dimensioned drawing or blueprint should be brought with at the time of selection to assure enough material is available and that the available slab sizes will work for your project. Bring along cabinet, floor and/or tile samples, as well as paint chips may help with slab selection.
While we will accommodate walk-in viewing and selection at all locations, to assure prompt service, it is strongly recommended to call ahead to schedule an appointment. For St. Cloud, call (800)-341-1540, for Plymouth, call (952)697-3405, and for Fargo, call (701)364-0940.
Reserving SlabsSlabs can only be reserved if approved by an authorized fabricator.
If a fabricator has not been selected, colors can still be viewed and approved. After a fabricator is selected, the customer can either return for specific slab selection, or have slabs shipped out of current inventory.
Holding Reserved Slabs:
After fabricator-authorized slabs have been selected, the slabs will be shipped to the fabricator. Slabs can be held for up to 30 days without payment.
DeliveryWe provide free delivery of slabs to fabricators within our regular delivery area. For shipments outside of our regular delivery area, or for our customers who pick up slabs at our warehouse, we provide a shipping allowance.
MarketingWe are strictly wholesalers. Our customers include fabricators, distributors, designers, architects, and tile retailers. Our products can be purchased from any fabricator or retailer in your area. Pricing, stock inquiries, and sample requests should be directed to fabricators or retailers.
