Slab Selection

To maximize customer satisfaction in the selection process, we suggest personal viewing at one of Stone Holding Company’s four convenient locations: Edina and Waite Park, Minnesota, Fargo, North Dakota, and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Here, customers are able to view current blocks available and make final selections.

The Edina, Fargo, and Sioux Falls showrooms offer single slab representation of exact blocks with the added convenience and comfort of a well-lit, easy to navigate and climate controlled environment. The showrooms also have access to our digital library of available inventory.  Appointments are encouraged.

Our Waite Park facility is both a showroom and full warehouse operation. If the material cannot be selected from our unique racking system, we have the ability to lift a slab out for closer viewing. Selected slabs are tagged and await shipping instructions from the project’s fabricator. While we will accommodate walk-in customers at this location, to assure prompt service it is highly recommended that a viewing time be made by calling (800) 341-1540.

At all Stone Holding Company locations you will also experience a helpful and knowledgeable staff willing to assist with the selection process.

Final Selections

Final selections and reservations can be made by anyone contracted with an industry professional and are good for 30 days. Within 30 days the project fabricator needs to qualify the exact quantity of slabs needed and arrange delivery. All reserved material is held at the Waite Park facility pending shipping.

A good timeline for final selections is approximately 30 days before installation. Consult your contractor and/or a Stone Holding Company representative for information on making reservations on any project beyond 30 days out.

As an importer and supplier we are strictly a wholesale business with the stone fabricator being our direct customer. All pricing and fabrication questions should be directed to the project contractor or fabricator.
