What should I bring when visiting a Stone Holding Co. showroom?
To make the most of your visit, bring any design plans, color samples, or photos of your project to help visualize how different stone options will look in your space. If possible, bring any specific measurements or requirements related to your project.
How can I schedule an appointment at the Waite Park location, and why is it recommended?
It’s highly recommended to schedule an appointment at our Waite Park showroom by calling (800) 341-1540 to ensure prompt and personalized service. Although walk-ins are accommodated, scheduling an appointment allows us to prepare for your visit, ensuring you have the best experience and access to our full inventory for a more efficient selection process.
How long can I hold a reserved stone slab before making a final selection?
Reserved stone slabs are held for up to 30 days from the date of reservation. During this time, your project fabricator needs to confirm the exact quantity of slabs required and arrange for delivery.
What should I do if my project’s installation is more than 30 days away?
If your installation is scheduled more than 30 days from your selection date, consult your contractor or a Stone Holding Co. representative for guidance on making reservations and managing your stone selection.
What safety precautions should I be aware of when visiting your warehouse or showroom?
For safety reasons, please note the following guidelines: Children under 10 should not accompany you in the warehouse, and pets are not allowed in either the warehouse or showrooms. Maintain a safe distance from slab handling equipment, and avoid wearing open-toed or high-heeled shoes. During your visit, you may be asked to wear a hard hat or safety glasses to ensure your safety.
